Do skin supplements really work?
So here’s the thing, I am always a little dubious when it comes to anything involving drinking shakes, juices and powders. This is due to being contacted on a daily basis by reps trying to sell me things (or ask me to sell on their behalf).
However, I was contacted recently asking if I would try a supplement programme in exchange for an honest review. So I thought why not? If I could come out of lock down with amazing skin, I have nothing to lose.
So I started the process of taking the plant-based supplements (a powder drink and tablets twice daily) a few weeks ago. I thought I might struggle with making this part of my routine but I got in to the habit of drinking the powder at breakfast time and taking the 2 tablets before bedtime and it was pretty easy. Fast forward a few weeks later and I am genuinely really happy with the results.
